Articleship termination letter received

    Dear All, I have recd a Termination Letter from ICAI that the articleship from so and so date has been terminated due to the "Member" or "Principal" or "Employer" has not paid the Membership Fees. Actually the Employer has not paid the fees and so the Name of the Member has been removed from the Register of Member and So Automatically, all the articles under the Name of Employer has been served the Letter that the articleship has been Terminated. Please if any body can guide, it would be of great thanks !! PLEASE HELP.

    Please register at New Principle for remaining period...

    you should contact to the ICAI Articleship Section .

    This will happen once the form 109, properly filed with ICAI. ICAI will take one or two months time to sent the letter. It depends case to case. Some will receive letter immediately and some may take time.
